Our summer class schedule is loaded with many fun camps, musical theatre classes, and of course, many MANY dance classes! Join the fun this summer at ADC!
Recital Based Classes
These classes meet each week, and learn a routine to perform at our annual recital in the spring. This includes our pre-school, and creative movement classes for our youngest dancers starting at 2.5 years old.

Competition Team
Competition Team Dancers take weekly classes, in addition to learning extra routines to perform at local dance competitions. Click here to learn more!

Adult Classes
We offer beginner, and intermediate adult classes. These classes also learn a recital routine, but you are not obligated to perform. Classes are drop in based, or you can buy class cards. This year, classes are offered in Tap, Jazz/Lyrical, and Hip Hop
Non-Recital Based Classes
Wiggles n' Giggles:
A "parent and dancer" based class to enjoy time with your child. This class incorporates interactive gross motor skill activities in which you and your child will explore different stations of movement. Class is geared for dancers ages 2+ and runs Bi-Weekly.

Dancing Is Fun (Feb-May)
This is a non-recital, non-costume, six week afternoon dance session that incorporates tap, ballet and tumbling skills. The curriculum is designed to be fun, exciting, and appropriate for each age level. This class is currently not on the schedule - but contact us for inquiries about a potential session running for the 24-25 season

Conditioning & Technique classes, and Ballet Technique
Conditioning, "Styles," & Ballet Technique, and technique classes are also non-recital based classes to help dancers improve their strength, stability, and versatility.

"Mix & Move" - Designed for our Homeschooled Dancers!
Mix & Move I (ages 7-10) and Mix & Move II
(ages 11-14) offers a dance education for those looking for an early afternoon, affordable, dance experience. Held in 6 week session consisting of a combo class depending on the session:
Ballet & Lyrical, Tap & Jazz, Hip Hop & Tumble

Pointe & Pre-Pointe
Safety is of the upmost importance when deciding whether or not a dancer is ready to go en pointe, and dancers must be at least 12 years old to start. ADC students must also take a pre-pointe evaluation to see if they are ready for pointe. The evaluation tests their strength, stability, balance, core strength, and flexibility. The teacher considers these attributes, along with the student's work ethic, maturity, and technique in their ballet classes.

For more information on pointe classes at ADC, please read through our brochure, and contact us to make sure this is the right path for your dancer!
